1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During peak periods (product launches, holidays, sales), processing times may extend.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping method selection may vary depending on order size, weight, and destination.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Any free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying orders and destinations as stated at time of purchase.
4. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Typical delivery timeframes:

Delivery delays due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other events outside our control are not the responsibility of our store.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer
If an order is returned due to address error, additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
All shipments include tracking.
Delivery is considered complete when the carrier marks the package as Delivered to the address provided at checkout.
For high-value orders, we may require:

Insurance coverage
7. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier:

The customer assumes responsibility for securing the package.

Claims for stolen or missing packages must be filed with the carrier.
We will assist with carrier investigations when applicable but are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your package:

Check with household members or neighbors.

Verify the shipping address used at checkout.

Contact the carrier directly to initiate a trace.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit (not delivered), we will replace or refund the order at our discretion after carrier investigation.
We do not issue refunds for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
9. Shipping Insurance
Some orders may include carrier-provided insurance. Additional insurance may be purchased at checkout when available.
Claims for insured packages must follow the carrier’s claim process.
10. Preorders & Special Orders
Preorder and special-order items will ship once inventory is received. Estimated arrival dates are subject to manufacturer and distributor availability.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the order may ship together unless otherwise requested.
11. International Shipping (If Applicable)
International customers are responsible for:

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
12. Shipping Restrictions
